Boxes of Elegance ships its products Australia wide via a handful of different shipping methods.
All small jewellery box items are sent via Australia Post and all larger items are sent via courier service. All jewellery box orders come with FREE SHIPPING. There are no hidden charges on our site and the price you see is the price you get.
All parcels that are sent come with a tracking number and will arrive to you within 3-7 working days depending on the size of the parcel and your location within Australia. Items are sent from Sydney, NSW.
Delivery of our special promotional jewellery items are shipped in weekly batches and arrive to you within 2-3 weeks, cost for this service is $12.95 per item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a local pick up service.
We stand behind our products! That’s why we offer refunds on our entire range up to 14 days after you receive your item. We want you to absolutely love your product so if you want to return it, that’s fine by us. We have a hassle free returns policy on all items in our store. If you need to make a return you first need to Contact Us so we can start a returns request for you and give you a reference number.
Once this process has been started, you will receive our returns address and helpful information on the best way to get the parcel back to us at the cheapest possible price. If the item is faulty or damaged we will pay the cost of the return. Your parcel need to be returned to us in unused and original condition including the packaging for us to grant a refund.
