Enjoy free delivery on orders above $150 and a flat rate fee of only $12.90 for purchases under $150. Your package will arrive in 3-15 working days from one of two warehouses located in Sydney or Melbourne. Please note there is no local pick-up option available at this time, and our courier service cannot deliver to PO boxes, so a street address is required.
What is the warranty on your jewellery boxes?
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase covering any manufacturing issues. However, damages resulting from environmental events (e.g., fire or flood), carelessness (scratches and broken glass/mirrors), product modification, or theft will not be covered under this guarantee.
