While we do out best to stay on top of our stock, we are a small business who shares our warehouse with other businesses and our stock changes quickly. This means that from time to time, an item may become unavailable but not yet marked as out of stock on our website.
If this happens we will do our best to provide alternative options, provide a restock date or refund you as you wish.
Shipping Information
Boxes of Elegance ships its products Australia wide with jewellery boxes sent via courier service. All orders over $150 come with FREE SHIPPING. All orders under $150 incur a $12.90 flat rate cost Australia wide.
All parcels are sent with a tracking number and will arrive to you within 3-15 working days depending on the size of the parcel and your location within Australia. Items are sent from either of our two warehouses, based in Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW.
Unfortunately at this time items delivered by our courier service cannot be sent to PO boxes and we cannot offer a local pick up service.
Returns
We want you to love your product. That’s why we offer refunds on our entire range up to 14 days after you receive your item. We have a hassle free returns policy on all items in our store. If you need to make a return you first need to Contact Us so we can start a returns request for you and give you a reference number.
Once this process has been started, you will receive our returns address and helpful information on the best way to get the parcel back to us at the cheapest possible price. If the item is faulty or damaged we will organise and pay the cost of the return.
To qualify for an exchange or return, your product needs to be returned to us in unused and original condition including the packaging.
If this cannot be done, each case will be judged on a case by case basis on whether a refund can be granted.

This traditional classic style is elegantly finished in a luxurious piano gloss treated wood and is a real statement piece for your dresser. Its curved top lid adds to its elegant vintage feel.

This luxury traditional style jewellery box features an open top open design, 2 side cabinets for necklaces & hanging jewellery and 4 drawers with multiple large compartments for rings, watches and more - room for your a jewellery connoisseur's large collection.
The bottom drawer includes a specially designed ring roll compartment that can fit 20 rings comfortably, and some watch compartment sections with removable cushions if you want to store additional jewellery instead. The other drawers includes all kinds of compartments sizes including long compartments perfect to lay out necklaces or bracelets and square compartments perfect for earrings or bangles.
It's fully lockable, to keep your items safe and makes for a lovely gift idea.
